Spin Welding Machine

MPS-T3KTP is a plastic friction welding machine by spindle rotation in economical design. Machine applies servo motor to control the welding spindle in high speed and high welding torque. Pneumatic cylinder is applied to force welding in easy operation.

MPS-T3KTP spin welding machine is mostly applied to weld parts in small measurement, such as the nozzle of engine cover, nozzle of engine air-inlet manifold, whose dimension no more than 150mm.
