Description
MSH-IR1020 is a infrared welding machine applied to attach two plastic caps onto filter core. Infrared welding is a kind of non-contact heating plastic jointing method which can keep it from welding operation from molten material sticking on welding tooling.MSH-1020 infrared welder is double-stations-designed, machine can be applied to weld filter size max to: Φ100*L200 (mm). One station is for cap melting by infrared system and the other station is for fusing and parts loading/unloading. Machine designs flip mechanism controlled by servo motor to index filter caps between two stations. During infrared plastic melting, two caps keep rotation controlled by motors to ensure even melting.
