Description
ZB-E1542 is an ultrasonic welding machine in high power of CNZHEMBO | MP Sonic brand economical series ultrasonic welders. Machine applies IGBT ultrasonic in 15KHz 4200W with high welding ability. Machine applies pneumatic cylinder to force welding, electrical motor is applied for welding height adjustment, dovetail groove construction is applied for guiding of welding head height adjustment in high precision.Machine is designed for ultrasonic welding application in large welding size with challenging requirement. Machine welding mode can be controlled by time mode and energy mode. Ultrasonic amplitude is adjustable from 10~100% by 1%.
Machine can be applied to weld parts of automotive & motobike ( such as automotive lighting), house appliance （such as air purifier), etc.
