MPS-B Series spin welder, designing the welding spindle at bottom, is applied to weld thermoplastic parts in round design with spindle friction. Machine applies servo motor in high power to control spindle friction to finished welding with high welding ability. Machine designs the spin welding rotatoion with lower fixture fit for rotating part halve in big size or heave weight for more easy operation.
Machine applies PLC to control operation sequency and HMI to set machine. Pneumatic cylinder is applied to force welding. Spin welding machine is suitable for thermoplastic machine such as PP, PA, etc.
